Nyandarua National Polytechnic NyNP and Rift Valley Institute of Business Studies RVIBS, have entered into a memorandum of understanding, where the main objective will be to develop a learning experience, that will prepare students from both institutions for challenges and opportunities of living in a world community. The parties, subject to the terms of this MOU, will strengthen, promote, and develop cooperation in education, training development, and innovation based on equality and mutual benefit.

Areas of cooperation will include;
1. Curriculum development, implementation, assessment, and certification.
2. Research and innovation.
3. Co-curriculum activities.
4. Industrial attachment and linkage for trainees and trainers.
5. Human resource development.
6. Sharing the use of teaching, research, and sports facilities including but not limited to the use of laboratories, studios, workshops, machinery, and equipment.
7. Media content and creation.

The MOU will be valid for 5 years and both institutions shall undertake to act in good faith concerning each other’s rights, roles, and responsibilities under the objective of the MOU.
