The Procurement Department is responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conducting market research and supplier evaluations to identify potential vendors and ensure the best value for money.
  3. Preparing tender documents, requests for proposals (RFPs), and other procurement documents.
  4. Managing the tendering process, including advertising, bid evaluation, and contract award.
  5. Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and conditions.
  6. Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  7. Providing procurement-related advice and support to internal stakeholders.
  8. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
