Massage is strongly recommended due to its numerous physical and mental health benefits. It helps relieve muscle tension and pain, improves blood circulation, enhances flexibility, and supports the body’s natural detoxification through lymphatic drainage. Mentally, it promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep quality, and boosts mood by stimulating the release of feel-good hormones like serotonin and dopamine. At Nyandarua National Polytechnic, we equip our trainees with the skills and techniques of professional massage, empowering them with practical knowledge to promote wellness in others. Whether you are a trainee, a worker, an athlete, or an individual with postural strain, massage therapy offers a natural and effective way to rejuvenate both the body and mind. We warmly welcome you to our Bridgehill Campus, where we offer quality massage services at an affordable price.Apply today for September 2025 intake via, application.nyandaruanationalpoly.ac.ke/ or visit our institution in Nyandarua county, 7Km from Nyahururu town, along Gilgil-Nyahururu Road and 37km from Olkalou town.Call: 0727256001Email: info@nyandaruanationalpoly.ac.ke ...
