Nyandarua National Polytechnic Shines at the 7th DIAR Awards!

On February 7, 2025, Nyandarua National Polytechnic was honored as the Best TVET Institution Nationally for Equitable Allocation of Opportunities and Resources during the 7th Diar_Awards, hosted by Daima Trust.Additionally, the Polytechnic received recognition as one of the Best TVET Institutions in Good Governance, Transparency, and Accountability. The awards were presented by Daima Trust’s Executive Director, Mr. James Maina, in acknowledgment of the institution’s dedication to excellence in service delivery.
The awards were presented under the theme “Awarding Investors in People, Planet Guardians, and Champions of Prosperity for Posterity.”

While receiving the awards, the Chief Principal, Mr. Felix Mung’atu, stated in his speech that the recognition is a clear demonstration that Nyandarua National Polytechnic is not only offering quality skills but also mindful of inclusivity.

Mr. Peter Kaume, the Interim Chair of the Council at Nyandarua National Polytechnic, lauded all staff and trainees for their efforts in achieving these prestigious awards and encouraged the institution to continue striving for excellence.

These accolades reaffirm Nyandarua National Polytechnic’s commitment to equity, inclusivity, and outstanding governance in the education sector.
